About this Fanon:Edit

This was my second ever fan fiction, and it is based off of my love for the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. The story is told through the eyes of 17 year old Kat'sTail Ivey who resides in the poor town of Pauper, Ameera. In her world there are 6 countries left on the planet after the wars destroyed civilization long ago before anyone can remember. Within the six countries, they are separated into 4 states and a Capitol in which every sector has one sole purpose and export. Every year, the Capitol's of all six countries: Ameera, Glaciertrop, Saharica, Nornfeuro, Tochikyōfu, and Grave, select two contestants, one man and woman, from each state in the country (not including their Capitols). The eight tributes battle to the death until the last two fighters remain alive in their local arena; then those victors are sent to the even greater competition in Bind, the harshest country known to man, and also the only one uninhabited by humans; it exists solely for the annual Hunting Games held between the fourteen victors from across the world. The winner of the Hunting Games is given eternal fame and glory, plus anything they could ever want for the rest of their lives. The losers are killed by strange methods brought into the battle from Foreigns and strange cultures they had never even known. Not only will Kat'sTail be sent to fight in the Ameera Games, but the shifty government known as "The Hand" had decided to send not just the victors, but all 48 competitors from across the globe into Bind for the 85th Hunting Games, the largest and most brutal the world had or will ever see...

This is a one book Fanon that currently contains 22 chapters, but I actually haven't given the book an ending, so I will be sure to do that as I post the chapters on this wiki.

There are no illustrations for this fanon as of now.

  • Kat'sTail Ivey- The Protagonist and complicated girl who can be completely carring on minute and then have a knife at your throat the next. She cares about helping others and is willing to break the law to do that and provide for her sister and brother-in-law. She is also a very skilled fighter with a good knowledge of many various weapons and on the spot thinking, but has issues with publicity and making friends. She does however befriend her teammate, Pita, as well as their sponsor, Newark, a fellow competator named Bark, and also their tour guide, Archie.
  • Pita Avery- Is the baker's youngest son and the odd ball of his family. He looks and acts exactly as his mother had, so after her death, Pita's father often exiled him as collateral and stuck him with her job of decorating the pastries. Still, he managed to grow into a selfless, caring, strong, and artistic young man who follows all of the rules and is willing to sacrifise his own life to save others.
  • Atom Newark- The 50th Hunting Games victor and sponsor for Pita and Kat. He is a grouchy, drunk, and often tortured man who keeps to himself, but is known to give decent advice to his tributes on occassion. He has lived a very difficult life which is explained throughout the story and often the reason for his pungent personality.
  • Archie Porter- The official tour guide for the Tributes of Ameera. She is punctual, polite, and excentric when it comes to fashion. She takes no nonsense from any of the tributes and has a slight addiction to coffee, but other than that, she is a fairly nice woman and becomes a good alley to Kat and Pita, especially after Pita is so polite back to her---an emotion she has not been given in many, many years.
